This website is operated by Strong Custom Built Hunting Supplies. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Our website is hosted on Wix, which provides us with the online platform to sell our products and services.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are made-to-order and custom-built.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Custom products may have longer lead times.

  • Specifications provided by you must be accurate.

  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom request at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final for that order.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before products are manufactured or dispatched.

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card details.

Failure of payment authorisation may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Production lead times

  • Courier delays

  • Remote delivery locations

Risk in the goods passes to you once the product is dispatched.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Due to the custom-built nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order items.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or refund where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

8. Product Use & Liability

Our products are designed for hunting and outdoor use.

You acknowledge that:

  • Hunting activities carry inherent risks.

  • You are responsible for safe and lawful use of all products.

  • We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification of products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Strong Custom Built Hunting Supplies and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality
